Room was nice, jacuzzi was pretty cool to have in the room, staff were friendly and helpful

There is no door between the room and the toilet and even being in a relationship for 6 six years, I really dont want to watch my partner using the toilet or vice versa! Close to Chinatown but we moved besides BB's after a couple of days as that was a much more convenient locations beside all the bars/restaurants/shopping etc. Also the wifi only lasts 2 hours and then you have to go down and get another one - a bit annoying. It was an ok stay, staff were friendly but would recommend staying in bb in a 2 star for cheaper!

-The noise doesn't allows you to sleep, dirty bathroom, nothing works (jacuzzi, tv remote, clock), I booked a junior suite and was a double room with jacuzzi (that's not a junior suite), no wardrobe in the room, etc...COMPLETELY And absolutely uncomfortable

There is no toothbrush and toothpaste in the hotel. There is no cover between toilet and the bedroom. Inconvenience for unmarried couple. The rest is normal.

Great decor and a great price. Best shower I've ever seen in any hotel. Reasonably close to train station, and there is an airport shuttle bus that leaves from right outside (wish we'd known that before we paid for another one)

Rooms are quite small. Plumbing was not great. There was a drip from the ceiling onto the towels and toilet (hopefully clean water, not something else) Shower didn't drain properly. The train goes right outside the window, although the double glazing does a good job of cutting the noise down to a reasonable level, and there is no shaking.

Design was simple and modern at the same time , cool lighting , and really nice for a cheap stay

Internet might be free for longer that 2 hours ,tv remote control did not work, not a big problem

The staff were helpful. The venue itself is stunning visually, and the rooms were spotless and cleaned every day. Very modern venue. Air conditioning in the rooms is amazing! As is the showers with great water pressure. Right in the middle of everything, easy to navigate way around the city. Some drivers are unaware of the location as it's very new. Would recommend!

Some staff struggled with English, but were very friendly! Lacking a social vibe to it, which is a shame because there is a very appropriate restaurant / bar downstairs, but it's always empty. Perhaps cheaper drinks would help.

1. The price was not correct. The dorm room was 32rm per night according to Bookings.com. But tax 6% was not included and they charged service fee 10%. The bigger thing was they charged blanket and towel for 5rm. So, the total became 42.12rm. 2. The attitude of the reception I gave 50RM. The change should be 7.88. The guys said he did not have 88 so he gave me 7RM. I said, "Are you kidding?" And he said "What do you think I am kidding". He is not trained well. Next to him, one man with under ware was sitting in the reception, looked like his friend.

Hotel staffs are very unfriendly. Air condition and lightling of the hotel does not work properly. It's a very poorly maintained hotel I have ever seen. Beds are very uncomfortable. I have booked one room for 4 nights, however, I ended up staying only for two nights. During these two nights period they did not even clean the room. I would suggest people with family to avoid this hotel. You may find a much better hotel around this area.

Inexpensive reasonable value with online booking and wifi available all be it only in two hour stints, one has to keep logging on.

Terrible noise from the train just outside the room! We chose a no smoking room but the awful smell of smoking still came through from the neighboring room.

I never stay at a hotel which have to pay for blanket. Some more, the bed is so fragile, and I can't even on the TV.

Shopping and food places were juz walking distance

Too near the lrt track..the room is too bright.these 2 factors spoil my wife's and my sleep....tv channels were very limited and reception was poor...although we r a couple,the bathroom no privacy....
